Shipping & Returns/Exchange Policy
1.1 The Web store sends the Products to the Client via tracked post or self-service lockers. Alternatively, the Client can pick up their Products in person (Gorkeho 1, Brno 60200, Czech Republic by appointment). The Web store informs the Client via e-mail when the Product has been shipped (and provides a tracking code) or when it is ready to be picked up.
1.2 The Products which are made to order. An estimate of how long it takes to produce the Product is specified under the product description and can range from 3 working days to 30 working days depending on the product and availability of the material and additional metal accessories ( such as zipper, magnets and etc).
1.3 Delivery within Czech Republic takes a few working days, up to 14 working days for other European countries and up to 21 working days for the rest of the world. These delivery times are estimated and are out of our control to be delivered on time if there is taking place major accidents, nature catastrophes or epidemy.
1.4 The Web store is not responsible for any delivery delays or problems that are caused by the Client entering incorrect information when making the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Making a return or exchange: write an e-mail to email@example.com within 14 days from the moment you have received the physical
Product . (Mani Leather Studio gets a notice from the carrier when the package have been delivered to the receiver location). Please include your order number in the subject of your email.
1.1 The present terms and conditions (the “Terms” ) are applicable for all legal relations, product (the "Product") offers, sales and deliveries between the web store user (“Client”) and manileather.com (“Web store”) run by Maria Rojko Nisu reg. code 0429635, registered at Sušilova 5, 60200 Brno-střed, Czech Republic.
1.2 If the Client is not satisfied with the Product, then the Client has the right to return the Product within 30 days after purchasing the Product or 14 days after receiving the Product by notifying the Web store about it via the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. If the Client is not satisfied with the Product, then the Client has the right to exchange to another Product from the available stock at the time within 30 days after purchasing the Product or 30 days after receiving the Product by notifying the Web store about it via the email address email@example.com.
1.3 The Product must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that the Client received it in. The Product must be unused meaning that the Product cannot have any marks, traces or damage that it did not have when the Client received the Product. The Web store will not accept any returned Products that show signs of use and they will be returned to the Client without refund. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our studio. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at Maria Rojko Nisu, Sušilova 5, Brno 602 00, Czech Republic, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. All items must be returned from the country that the order was delivered to. We will not refund shipping costs.
1.4 If the Client returns the Product based on clause 1.2 and 1.3, then the Web store will refund the Client the sum paid for the Product (shipping fees will be paid by the Client). The money for the Product will be refunded to the Client no later than 14 days after the Web store has received the Client’s refund claim, provided that the Web store receives the returned Product within this period (14 days).
1.5 The Client has the right to contact the Web store about any defects in the Product within two months of discovering the defect. If the Product shows defects, then the Web store will replace or fix the Product or, if it is not feasible, offer a refund. The Web store is responsible for any non-conformities or defects on the Products they sell to the Client which were present when the Product was given to the Client and which appear within first six months from the Client receiving the Product. During the first six months after the Client received the Product, it is assumed that that defect was present when the Product was handed over to the Client. When the Client files a complaint, the Web store will cover the costs of resolving it during the first three months after purchase. During the following 3 months, the Web store will cover the costs of resolving the complaint only if it is justified. The Web store is not responsible for covering the costs of resolving the complaint if: (i) the defect in the Product is caused by the Client or their negligence (ii) the defect in the Product is caused by abnormal use of the Product (iii) when the defect in the Product is caused by natural wear and tear. The Web store asks the Client to send their complaint to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. The Web store will reply to the Client’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be replayed in writing within 15 days.
1.6 The Web store reserves the right to cancel the contract if it is not possible to produce the Product that the Client has ordered or if the Product was ordered during the time when there was a typographic error on the Web store regarding the Product’s price. If the contract is cancelled, then the Client will be informed of this via email and they will receive a refund as soon as possible but not later than 30 days after placing the order.
1.7 Please note that items that have been specifically manufactured to order on behalf of a client cannot be exchanged or returned.
1.8 Gift returns
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your MANILEATHER.COM account (you will need to register your details online). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. To arrange a return, please email email@example.com. Note, this is not applicable to corporate gifts.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on MANILEATHER.COM. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
1.10 Texture of leather
Please be aware that our studio uses leather which is factory offcuts due several reasons and can have authentical markings from the life of animal (e.g. scars from fights between animals and insect bites ) or tanning process. Therefor some of the accessories can have authentical parts of the leather used in the product. All the selection that is made from our studio is having the same physical properties as normal leather would.
